Meals
are another highlight - our chef, also a local, has been with our
Hotel for over 25 years and combines traditional Trentino dishes
to international ones. Breakfast is an abundant buffet with
a variety of cereals, cold meats, homemade cakes and jams,
while
the evening buffet offers a variety of home-made hors d'oeuvres
and vegetables, both raw and cooked; there is also an ample
choice
of pastas and soups, main courses as well as delicious
local cakes and desserts, all prepared with the utmost care.
On request, we are also able to satisfy special diet requirements.
